白蘑菇炒馬蹄

材料:
白蘑菇200克
馬蹄100克
大蒜頭1個
生薑數片
沙拉油,食鹽各適量

做法:
1.蘑菇洗淨,馬蹄洗淨並去皮,分別切片。
2.炒鍋放沙拉油燒熱,爆香薑,蒜,放入蘑菇翻炒幾下,再加入馬蹄,炒至鍋沸即可。

Fresh ginger 2;
Salad oil and salt—in right the amount;

Preparation:
1.Mushroom and chufa washed, chufa peel and slices.
2.Add salad oil in the pan to heat, add ginger, garlic fry to fragrant, and add mushroom, chufa to boil and remove to serve.
