大啡菇牛肉麵

材料:
大啡菇2個
小番茄6個
黃瓜1根
醬牛肉6小塊(熟)
麵條150克
花生油,胡椒粉,麻油和鹽適量

做法:
1.將大啡菇,黃瓜,小番茄清洗乾淨,切片備用。
2.鍋中放入花生油加熱,加入大啡菇煎炒至變軟,再加入小蕃茄,黃瓜翻炒3分鐘左右,放入醬牛肉略炒1分鐘。最後撒上麻油,鹽和胡椒粉攪拌均勻盛盤備用。
3.鍋中放入水,煮沸後下入麵條,煮8分鐘左右盛入大碗中,上面淋上之前炒好的大啡菇番茄牛肉即可享用。

Portabella Mushroom And Beef Noodle

Ingredients:
2 portabella mushrooms
6 small tomatoes
1 cucumber
6 small cooked and spiced beef
150g noodles
The right amount of peanut oil, pepper, sesame oil and salt 

Preparation:
1.Washing the portabella mushrooms, tomatoes and cucumber,sliced and set aside.
2.Heat the peanut oil in the pot, add portabella mushrooms stir-fry until soft, then add the tomatoes and cucumber stir-fry for about 3 minutes,add the spiced beef to cook for 1 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame oil, salt and pepper mix well.
3.Put water into the pot and boiled, add the noodles cook for about 8 minutes, remove them into a large bowl, Serve with cooked portabella mushroom and tomato beef.
