大啡菇牛油果沙律

材料:
1/2杯散裝新鮮芫荽葉
1/2茶匙白葡萄酒醋
3湯匙橄欖油
6盎司新鮮的啡菇帽、洗淨和切片1/2英吋厚,
2個中等牛油果,去皮,去籽,並削成約蘑菇片的大小
培煎芝麻沙拉汁,沙律菜
做法:
用攪拌機混合香菜、2湯匙水,醋,打成均勻的果泥。然後慢慢加入橄欖油混合拌勻。最後將蘑菇、牛油果片和拌好的醬料調勻即可享用!

 

Portobello Mushroom-Avocado Salad With Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves 
1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar, 
3 tablespoons olive oil, 
6 ounces fresh Portobello caps, cleaned and sliced 1/2 inch thick, 
2 medium avocados,split,seeded,and cut to approximately the size of the mushroom slices,
fry sesame salad dressing,mesclun greens。 

Preparation:
In a blender, combine the cilantro, 2 tablespoons water, and the vinegar and blend to a puree. Slowly add the olive oil while blending to make the dressing. Toss together the mushrooms, avocado slices, and dressing to be serve.
