香烤大啡菇

材料:
2湯匙香醋
2湯匙橄欖油
1/4杯蔥碎
2湯匙荷蘭芹碎
1/4湯匙鹽
1/4湯匙黑胡椒粉
4個乾淨的大啡菇

做法:
1.先將全部的原料都放在一個碗中拌勻,然後再放入蘑菇,醃制1-24小時。
2.將蘑菇取出放入烤架上烘培4分鐘後,在蘑菇上刷上一層剛剛剩餘的原料汁,並在烤架上翻動,再烘烤5分鐘,最後再刷一層原料汁即可趁熱品嘗。

Veggie Grilled Portabella Mushroom

Ingredient:
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 cup Shallot; minced
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
4 large Portabella Mushrooms; cleaned, stemmed

Preparation:
1.Combine all ingredients in bowl and put mushrooms in. Marinate for 1-24 hours. 
2.Grill on med heat for 4 min, then brush with remaining marinade and flip. Grill for an additional 5 min and brush with marinade.
