鮮炒白蘑菇火腿
材料:
新鮮白蘑菇500克
火腿100克
香菜、鹽、醬油、糖、濕澱粉、蔥絲、薑絲、花生油各適量
做法:
1.將新鮮蘑菇洗淨,切成片。香菜洗淨,切小段。火腿切小段。
2.鍋上火,加花生油燒熱,下蔥薑絲煸香,放入蘑菇,火腿煸炒,加鹽,醬油,糖炒至入味,用濕澱粉勾稀芡,撒香菜段,翻炒均勻後出鍋裝盤即可。

Preparation:
