白蘑菇菜心炒蕃茄
材料:
菜心150克
聖女果100克
白蘑菇100克
鹽5克。味精3克,白糖3克
做法:
1.蘑菇去蒂洗淨,菜心擇去黃葉,洗淨,聖女果洗淨對切。
2.將菜心入沸水稍燙,撈出,瀝幹水分。
3.淨鍋上火加油,下入蘑菇,聖女果翻炒,再下入菜心和所有調味料炒勻即可。

White button mushrooms 100G Salt 5G Monosodium glutamate 3G sugar 3G Preparation:
1.Mushrooms remove to roots and washed, flowering cabbage remove to yellow leaves, washed; Tomatoes washed and cut it into two. 2.Flowering cabbage into the boiling water to blanch, remove and drain the water. 3.Add the oil in the pan to heat, and add mushrooms, tomatoes stir-fried, and then add flowering cabbage and all seasoning stir well.
