白蘑菇炒蝦仁

材料:
蘑菇200克
蝦仁20克
蔥花20克
青豆10克
2小匙低納醬油
1/2杯酒
2大匙水

做法:
1.將蘑菇,低納醬油和酒略煮,再加水煮熟。
2.將蝦仁和青豆加入蘑菇水中煮熟.
3.將煮好的蘑菇,蝦仁,青豆一起熱炒,最後撒上蔥花即可。

Fried White Button Mushroom With Shrimps

Ingredients:
White Button Mushroom 200g
Shrimps 20g
Onion 20g
Green beans 10g
2 Spoon of low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup wine
2 spoon of water

Preparation:
1.Mushroom, low sodium soy sauce and wine are boiled slightly, adds the water well cooked.
2.Add the shrimps and green beans to boiled.
3.Stir-fry mushroom,shrimps and green beans,sprinkle with onion.
