白蘑菇炒芥蘭

材料:
白蘑菇200克
芥蘭100克
鹽、糖、生抽、鮑魚汁、黑胡椒粉少許

做法:
1.蘑菇洗淨切片;芥蘭洗淨切小段,過水灼一下。
2.鍋中入油中火加熱,加入蘑菇炒香,再加入芥蘭翻炒3分鐘左右,加生抽、鮑魚汁、糖、黑胡椒粉、鹽攪拌均勻即可。

White Button Mushroom Stir-fried Chinese Broccoli

ngredients:
White button mushrooms 200g
Chinese broccoli 100g
A little of Salt, sugar, light soy sauce, abalone juice, black pepper

Preparation:
1.Wash and slice mushrooms; wash chinese broccoli and cut into small sections, boiled in the water.
2.Heat the oil in a wok. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, abalone juice, sugar, black pepper and salt to season.
