蠔油白蘑菇炒紅椒
材料:
新鮮白蘑菇250克
紅椒1個
蠔油20克,薑1塊,鹽5克,味精2克,老抽5毫升
做法:
1.鮮菇洗淨,切片;紅椒洗淨切絲,薑切絲。
2.鍋上火加油燒熱,下入蠔油,紅椒絲,薑絲炒香,加入蘑菇片,翻炒3分鐘左右,再加少許水和調味料勾芡出鍋。

Ingredients:

Red pepper 1, Oyster sauce 20G, ginger 1 piece, salt 5G, monosodium glutamate 2G, Dark soy sauce 5 ml;
Preparation:
1.Mushroom washed and sliced; Red pepper washed and shred, ginger shred. 2.Add oil in the pan to heat, and add oyster sauce, red pepper, shredded ginger stir-fried until fragrant, add mushroom stir-fry 3 minutes, add a little water and seasoning sauce to thicken.
