白蘑菇炒洋蔥

材料:
白蘑菇200克,
洋蔥1個,
色拉油,精鹽各適量

做法:
1.蘑菇洗淨,入沸水鍋中燙一下撈起,切成小塊加適量精鹽拌勻,用油炒一下備用。
2.洋蔥洗淨切成片,用油煸炒後與蘑菇拌炒在一起即可。
