白蘑菇排骨湯

材料:
白蘑菇150克
小排骨200克
蔥、薑、鹽、胡椒粉及香菜適量

做法:
1.蘑菇洗淨備用;小排骨過水灼,瀝幹排水。
2.將排骨加適量水放在燉盅內,加入蔥和薑,中火煲1小時,後加入蘑菇,燉約3-5分鐘左右至變軟。
3.關火,調入鹽,胡椒粉,放上香菜即可享用。

White Button Mushroom and Rib Soup

Ingredients:
White button mushrooms 150g,
Small ribs 200g
Scallion, ginger, salt, pepper and Parsley in right amount

Preparation:
1. Cleaning the mushrooms and set aside;Boiling small ribs in water and drain.
2. Add some water and ribs in the stewing bowl. Add scallion, ginger and cook for 1 hour in medium heat. And add the mushrooms, simmer for 3-5 minutes until soft.
3. Turn off the heat, add salt and pepper, and serve with parsley.
