白蘑菇炒肉片

材料:
新鮮白蘑菇250克
洋蔥半個
肉片100克
蠔油20克,薑1塊,老抽5毫升,鹽和胡椒粉適量

做法:
1.鮮菇洗淨,切片;洋蔥和薑切絲。
2.鍋上火加油燒熱,下入蠔油,薑絲和洋蔥炒香,加入肉片,翻炒2-3分鐘左右,再加蘑菇炒至變軟,灑入鹽,胡椒粉調味即可享用。

White Button Mushroom Stir-fried Meat

Ingredients:
