白蘑菇炒胡蘿蔔

材料:
白蘑菇200克
胡蘿蔔80克
西葫蘆30克
糖、濕澱粉、鹽、高湯、胡椒粉、花生油適量

做法:
1.蘑菇、胡蘿蔔、西葫蘆洗淨,切片。
2.鍋中入油加熱,放入胡蘿蔔略炒後,加入蘑菇,西葫蘆炒約2分鐘左右,加入半杯高湯略煮後拌入濕澱粉勾芡,再加入鹽,胡椒粉,糖調味即可。

Preparation:
1,Mushroom,carrot and zucchini washed and sliced.
2,Heat oil in a wok, add carrot to stir-fry, add mushroom and zucchini fried for about 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup stock and stir in wet starch to thicken, seasoning with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
