番茄白蘑菇雞腿排

材料:
雞腿排 1片
鹽 1大匙
白蘑菇 10個
小番茄 10個
蒜2瓣
橄欖油適量

做法:
1.先將雞肉洗淨擦乾,雙面撒上鹽備用。
2.蒜頭切片、小番茄切對半備用。
3.熱鍋後倒入橄欖油,從雞皮那面下鍋,用中火煎3分鐘。
4.將雞腿排翻面,這時加入小番茄和蒜片,一起用小火煎7分鐘。
5.將煎熟的雞排盛起放一旁。
6.加入蘑菇,撒上鹽調味,蓋上鍋蓋用小火悶5分鐘。撒上香草或青蔥增添香氣。將雞腿排與番茄蘑菇一起擺盤即完成。

Tomato White Button Mushroom with Chicken Row

Ingredients:
Chicken row 1 slice 
Salt 1 tablespoon
White button mushrooms 10
small tomatoes 10
Garlic 2 clove
olive oil to taste

Preparation:
1. Wash and dry the chicken row, sprinkle salt on both sides and set aside.
2. Cut garlic slices and tomato in half.
3. Heat the pan with olive oil, add the chicken row cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
4. Turn the chicken row over and add the tomato and garlic slices and cook over low heat for 7 minutes.
5. Put the Fried chicken steak aside.
6. Add the mushrooms and season with salt. Cover with a lid and let cool over low heat for 5 minutes.Sprinkle with herbs or scallions to add flavor. Set the chicken row and tomato and mushroom on a plate to serve.
