Delivery Policy

1. Delivery 
The Company partners with some Hong Kong based transportation service providers to provide a highly efficient and cost effective delivery service.
You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address.
Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather.
No delivery services shall be available on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays; and when Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.

1.1 SF Express – Self pick up (Hong Kong only)
Pick up point: Customers can select SF Store, SF Service Center.
Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. Information about delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.
Time: It usually takes around 2-3 workings days, and it may take longer if pick up at convenience store is chosen.
Storage period: Please collect the products within 3 working days after the products arrived at the pick up point. Should you require special arrangement, please contact SF Express.

1.2 SF Express – Delivery (Hong Kong only)
Products can be sent to the destination according to your address, this may lead to a higher delivery fee.
Delivery fee: Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. Information about delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.
Time: It usually takes around 2-3 workings days.
