Delivery Policy

Delivery Service

We offer the following two delivery methods for local Hong Kong orders. Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure that you or an authorised person can receive the order.

1. SF Express EF Locker Pickup

  • Estimated time: 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery fee: HK$0 at checkout means that this website does not collect the delivery fee in advance. The SF Express fee is payable upon collection and is subject to SF Express's actual charge.
  • Notification and collection: Pickup notifications are sent by the SF Express App or SMS. Please collect the parcel within the period stated in the notification.

2. Home Delivery

  • Estimated time: 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery fee: HK$40 per order, charged at checkout.
  • Address: Please provide a complete and accurate Hong Kong delivery address.

Delivery Delays

Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Black Rainstorm Warnings, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, adverse weather and other logistics conditions may cause delays. Delivery times are estimates; the information shown at checkout and notifications from the delivery provider apply.
