鮑汁白蘑菇
材料:
白蘑菇1斤
鮑魚汁,薑適量
做法:
1.將白蘑菇洗淨對切,待用。
2.起油鍋,爆香薑絲,下白蘑菇煸炒。
3.待白蘑菇快熟的時候,下鮑魚汁調味。
4.煮到白蘑菇熟透就行了。

Ingredient:
White button mushroom—0.5kg
Abalone sauce and ginger in right amount
Preparation:
1.Washed mushroom and cut it in two slices.
2.Pour the oil in the pan, add the ginger and quick-fry fragrant, and add the mushroom to stir-fry.
3.When the mushroom matured, add the abalone sauce to season.
4.Boiled the mushroom well-done.
