義大利巴薩米克醋燒小啡菇
材料:
小啡菇500克
橄欖油3湯匙
巴薩米克醋2湯匙
鹽和胡椒粉適量
新鮮或乾香草適量
1.冷鍋倒入橄欖油,再放入蘑菇,以小火慢烘至香味散出。
2.巴薩米克醋加入步驟1.蓋上鍋蓋,以小火慢烘約10分鐘,調入鹽和胡椒拌勻,再灑上香草即可享用。
Italy Crimini Mushroom in Balsamic Vinega
Ingredients:
Crimni mushroom 500g
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper in right amount
Fresh or dry herb
Preparation:
1. Pour olive oil into a cold pan and add the mushrooms. Cook over low heat until fragrant.
2. Add the balsamic vinegar to the step 1. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper stir well, and sprinkle herb to serve.
