鮮炒白蘑菇火腿
材料:
新鮮白蘑菇500克
火腿100克
香菜、鹽、醬油、糖、濕澱粉、蔥絲、薑絲、花生油各適量
做法:
1.將新鮮蘑菇洗淨,切成片。香菜洗淨,切小段。火腿切小段。
2.鍋上火,加花生油燒熱,下蔥薑絲煸香,放入蘑菇,火腿煸炒,加鹽,醬油,糖炒至入味,用濕澱粉勾稀芡,撒香菜段,翻炒均勻後出鍋裝盤即可。

Ingredients:
Fresh white button mushrooms–500g
Ham 100g
Parsley, salt, soy sauce, sugar, wet starch, shredded green onion, shredded ginger, peanut oil—the right amount
Preparation:
1、Cleaned fresh mushroom and slices. Washed parsley and cut into small sections. Ham cut into small sections.
2、Heat the pot and add the peanut oil, and then put the Onions, ginger stir-fried until fragrant, add mushroom and ham, salt, soy sauce, sugar stir-fried until flavor, thicken with wet starch hook dilute solution, and spread the parsley, stir evenly and then put them on the plate.
