白蘑菇炒雞蛋
材料:
蘑菇8個
雞蛋3顆
牛奶適量
蔥花少許
鹽 少許
糖、黑胡椒粉少許
做法:
1.蘑菇切薄片,雞蛋打成蛋液加入鹽、糖、牛奶以及部分蔥花拌勻。
2.倒入少許食用油下鍋,將蘑菇下鍋炒至香味出來,再加黑胡椒拌炒一下。
3.加入蛋液,用筷子畫圈炒成喜歡的熟嫩度後加入剩下的蔥花翻炒一下就可以起鍋了。
White Button Mushroom Stir-fried Egg
Ingredients:
White button mushrooms 8
egg 3
A little of Milk, chopped scallions, salt, sugar,black pepper
Preparation:
1.Cut mushrooms into thin slices. Beat eggs into egg mixture. Add salt, sugar, milk and some scallions.
2.Pour a little cooking oil into the pan, fry the mushrooms in the pan until the aroma comes out, then add black pepper and stir fry.
3. Add the egg mixture, add the remaining chopped scallions and stir-fry in a circle with chopsticks to form the desired tenderness.
