[AUDEN Steamed egg with Mushroom Royal sauce]

Ingredients: 
2 eggs
A little of sea salt and pepper, sesame oil
5 tablespoons cooled boiled water
2 tablespoon of black truffle Mushroom sauce, Mushroom Royal Sauce, or spicy Mushroom Royal sauce

Instructions: 
1. Combine 2 eggs, sea salt and pepper, cooled boiled water and mushroom Royal sauce, stirring well.
2. Put the egg mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place it in a steamer over high heat. When the water in the steamer comes to a boil, turn to low heat and steam for about 10 minutes. Remove it from the pan and drizzle with sesame oil to serve.
