白蘑菇燉雞湯

材料: 
白蘑菇150克
紅棗6顆
雞半隻
薑、料酒、鹽適量

做法:
1.用開水煮雞5~6分鐘,將水倒掉。半熟雞肉洗淨,瀝乾。
2.高壓鍋中加入水,放入半熟雞、蘑菇、紅棗,倒入一勺料酒,放薑
後煲60分鐘即可。最後加入鹽調味。

White button mushroom 150g
Red dates 6
A half chicken;
The right amount of Ginger, cooking wine and salt

Preparation:
1.Cook the chicken 5~6mins in boiling water and discard the water.Wash and drain the half-cooked chicken.
2.Add water in a pressure cooker,and add chicken, mushroom and red dates, pour a tablespoon cooking wine and 2 pieces ginger, cover the lid.Press 60 minutes and seasoning with the salt.
