Cancel, Return and Refund

Only a partial refund would be allowed, if cancelling the order after the products have been packed, an admin charge of HKD20 will be deducted from the total amount.

You are recommended to contact us immediately after receiving the products should there be any issues. Requests for replacement or refund will only be considered within 3 working days after delivery.

Product photos on this site are for reference only, and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund.

All return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.
